Grouper Fish and Celery Casserole






Servings: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time:15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lbs of grouper fish or swords, sea bass
  • 1 1/2 lb of fresh celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper freshly ground
  • Juice of 1 lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Season the fish with the salt and pepper.
  2. Rinse and clean the celery and finely cut.
  3. Place the celery in a large saucepan.
  4. Place the fish slices over celery.
  5. Pour the olive oil, lemon juice and wine; cook over high heat until boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
