Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs of grouper fish or swords, sea bass
- 1 1/2 lb of fresh celery chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper freshly ground
- Juice of 1 lemon juice
Directions:
- Season the fish with the salt and pepper.
- Rinse and clean the celery and finely cut.
- Place the celery in a large saucepan.
- Place the fish slices over celery.
- Pour the olive oil, lemon juice and wine; cook over high heat until boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
